What platforms do you manage?
We typically work across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, but it all depends on where your audience is most active. We’ll help you choose the right mix based on your goals.
How involved do I need to be?
This is entirely up to you! There are a few things we need to set up first, but after that you can either choose to be informed about every post we schedule, or if you prefer to wait until our monthly meetings that works too! Sometimes we’ll ask you to provide us with some images or videos for content.
Will I still need to post anything myself?
Only if you want to. Many of our clients like to add spontaneous behind-the-scenes content, but we build the core presence for you.
Do you respond to comments and messages?
That’s an optional add-on called Community Management. Some clients love having us engage with their audience directly. Others prefer to keep that in-house. We’ll tailor it to you.
How do I know it’s working?
You’ll get a simple and easy to understand monthly insights report showing performance metrics, trends, and recommendations.
